Our story

From running service ops to building for them

After years running service operations and hearing the same complaint, 'I'm drowning in admin', we set out to build the operating system service businesses actually deserve. Not another CRM. Not another scheduler. The whole thing, in one place.

We talked to 200 service business owners across Singapore in our first six months. Same pain everywhere: too many tabs, too many apps, too many missed messages, too few hours.

How we work

Small team, high leverage

We hire taste over headcount. Engineers talk to customers weekly. PMs ship code.

Distributed but synchronous

Singapore-based, remote-friendly, working in a shared UTC+3 to UTC+8 window. Async-first, but real-time when it matters.

We didn't build RunDo to disrupt anyone. We built it because we needed it. Then we found out a few thousand other people needed it too.
