Engineers join customer calls. Founders sit with users monthly. No silos between you and the people you build for.

Strong opinions, loosely held

Argue your case. Disagree-and-commit when needed. Own the result either way.

Boring profitable

We plan to be profitable by year 2 and never need a Series A. Long-term thinking, customer-aligned.

What we're looking for

Generalists with a strong domain

Most great hires we've made have a strong primary discipline (engineering, design, ops) plus the curiosity to wander into the others. We don't hire 'frontend devs' or 'backend devs', we hire people who ship features.
